Authorized Stonex Service Centres are located worldwide to minimize products downtime. The Service Centres are fully equipped to provide fast turnaround times and reliable repairs. Local technical engineers are trained on a regular basis by expert factory trainers and instructors.

Computer aided diagnostics are used for a quick identification of problems and faults. Our service manuals are frequently updated and available to the whole customer base.

The set of Services we provided include:

  • Instrument testing
  • Overhaul in the event of damage
  • Cleaning, lubrication and preventive maintenance including factory recommended firmware updates
  • Software and hardware upgrades
  • On-site installation and service for systems
  • Hot-line telephone numbers in many countries for support including software support
  • Special support in the event of extended periods of repair

HOW TO BECOME AN AUTHORIZED STONEX SERVICE CENTER

To become an Authorized Service Center, Stonex Dealer needs to follow these steps:

  • Attend to dedicated Service Training at Stonex HQ Laboratory in Italy. 
  • Purchase dedicated Service Tools.
  • Establish a local warehouse of Spare parts. 
  • Sign a Service Agreement Contract with Stonex. 

Only after training qualification, Dealer will be listed as authorized Stonex Service Center. Stonex will provide Dealer with technical, logistic and commercial information, such as Service manual, Spare Part price list, Service procedures for RMA and Spare Part Refund (SPR).

Benefit for the Authorized Service Center:

  • You can become an official Authorized Service Center for Stonex in your area.
  • Stonex will recognize a fee to the Authorized Service Provider for each instrument repaired during warranty time.
  • Authorized Service Center can execute repairs out of warranty, instruments revisions and upgrades according to information get by Stonex.

We offer regularly scheduled training classes with printed reference materials. Here following 2015 first semester calendar.
